Punishment of the crime

On April 7, 2016, the Defendant driven CM5 passenger cars under the influence of alcohol content of about 5 km from the front road of 365 members linked to Jeju-si in around 19:55, to the front road of the “main mother” in the same Si/Gu, the Defendant driven CM5 passenger cars under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.209%.
