Punishment of the crime

On August 30, 2016, the Defendant driven BM5 passenger cars at the section of about 1km from the road front of the Red Sea Sea Sea Age, which is linked to Jeju City, to the parking lot front of the KMMA in Jeju, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.138% among blood transfusion around 03:45, the Defendant driven BM5 passenger cars at the section of about 1km from the road front of the KMA.
