Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 29, 2016, the Defendant driven B rocketing passenger cars within approximately 300 meters from the road near Jeju-ro, which is under influence of alcohol content of 0.085% among blood transfusions, to the road front of the YO Center, located in the same city of the same city, under the influence of alcohol level 0.085%.
