Punishment of the crime

On November 9, 2016, the Defendant driven at the section of approximately 200 meters from the road near the original apartment in which the 300C passenger car is under influence of alcohol level 0.098% among blood transfusions at around 04:04, the Defendant driven at the section of approximately 200 meters from the road near the scar in which the 300C passenger car is in contact at Jeju to the road front of the string hotel.
