Punishment of the crime
"2013 Highest 965"
1. On April 9, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened up the 4th floor of the building through the entrance of the building, and opened up the door to the 4th floor of the building, with a view to stealinging, around 15:00 on April 9, 2013, the victim D, located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with a view to stealinging the second floor of the building; and (b) opened the door door to the market price, which is the victim’s ownership.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on the structure managed by the victim, and stolen the victim's property.
2. On April 10, 2013, around 10:40 on April 10, 2013, the Defendant thief cited 10 kg of waste cables equivalent to 60,000 won at the market price where the victim E was loaded on his/her own cargo on the front road of Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

1. Along with the date of August 2012, the victim F, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded into the “H” restaurant of the victim F’s 1st floor G in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which was not corrected; and (b) opened a back door door door of a 50,000 won at the market price being kept in the warehouse; and (c) up to November 201, 2012, up to 50,000 won at the market price and up to 35,000 won at the market price.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on the structure managed by the victim, and stolen the victim's property.
2. The Defendant thief against the victim I was at the “K” restaurant operated by the victim I in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul. Around February 2012, 201, the victim 1 had 50,000 won of the market value of the victim’s possession, which was kept in the subsidiary warehouse.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
3. On March 7, 2013, around 12:30, the Defendant: (a) opened and intrudes the entrance and exit of the victim L, which had not been corrected, at around 12:0 on March 7, 2013, the market price of 10,000 that had been kept in custody.
