Reasons
Punishment of the crime
【2019 order 4531】
1. At around 17:30 on July 15, 2019, the Defendant entering a building, which was operated by the victim C in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, intruded the structure managed by the victim by entering the main restaurant through the entrance of the above restaurant where the victim C did not lock the property with his/her intention to steals it.
2. The Defendant for theft:
(a) cutting and theft with a bank account on the market price unfolded by a victim C, a cash of KRW 100,000,000, and a passbook of a national bank, etc., at the time and at the place specified in the above paragraph 1.
