A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 13, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of suspension of execution on December 21, 2013 by imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court, which became final and conclusive on December 21, 2013.
1. On May 16, 2014, the Defendant, on the part of May 16, 2014, entered the victim C’s Down-gu, Busan, to take a theft of property on May 16, 2014, and invaded the victim’s order to suspend the use of the property. After ordering the suspension, the Defendant, at around 23:07, took a 50,000 franchis, tobacco 2 franchis, which were located on the top of the knter line.
2. On July 31, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered a structure “E restaurant” and the first theft crime on July 31, 2014, on the part of the Defendant: (b) went into a restaurant operated by the Victim G in F in the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan Government on July 31, 2014; (c) cut off the victim’s vehicle into the Ecafeteria; and (d) ordered the victim to take meals; and (d) cut off the victim’s vehicle at the rate of KRW 200,00,000 at the market price of the 200,000,000 won of tobacco; and (e) cut the victim’s vehicle.
3. On July 31, 2014, the Defendant, on July 31, 2014, entered the cafeteria, with the knowledge that the victim is married, entered the restaurant as indicated in paragraph (2) and stolen the property again, and then stolen the peld tobacco equivalent to KRW 135,000 at the market price, which was high above the cafeteria line, the victim prepared for food by ordering the meal, with the knowledge that the victim is married, at around 11:30 on July 31, 2014, and then cut off the peld tobacco 2 minutes, the peld tobacco 1 sheet, the Gad Specialized tobacco flad, the Gad Specialized Tobacco flad, the Gad Specialized Tobacco flad, and the Gad Special flads.
4. On July 31, 2014, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim’s Hast Market on July 31, 2014, on the victim’s ground that he/she would steals property in the operation of the Busan Young-gu, Busan, on July 19, 2014; and (b) invaded the victim’s Hast Market on the victim’s Hast Market; and (c) then, (d) 30,000 won of the market value high above the other customer’s line by making use of the gap that the victim talks with the other customer.
