A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall trade or smoke marijuana.

1. Trade in marijuana;

A. On February 2, 2013, the Defendant heard her flings that her female would be able to seek marijuana from D in the old and present circumstances near the Singu in Ansan-si, the Defendant sold and purchased marijuana by giving D 100,000 gh from D in the old and present circumstances around 19:00 on the first day of February 2013, by giving D with approximately 10,000 gh of hemps that he received from E and giving D 20,000 won of the above money around that time.

B. On February 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) fluencing the said D to fluencing it to fluencing it; and (b) on February 19, 2013, around 19:00, on the street near the said C, the Defendant purchased and sold marijuana by having the said D purchase and sell the said money by 10,000 won by having the said D purchase and sell the said money to E.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On February 2, 2013, the Defendant deducted the tobacco plant located in the first floor toilet of the building in the vicinity of the Gu in Ansan-si around 23:30 on February 23, 2013, and set forth 1-A.

As stated in paragraph (1), two marijuanas are added to the hemps purchased, and the smoke was inhaled with a fluenite, and at least 23:00 on the following day, the said toilets made one charge of the hemps containing the fluencies of marijuana in the above-mentioned manner, and smoked twice by inhaleing the smoke by attaching a fluencies thereto.

B. On February 2, 2013, the Defendant deducted the tobacco plant located in the first floor toilet of the building in the vicinity of the Gu in Ansan-si around 23:30, and set 1-B.

As stated in paragraph (1), two expenses for the hemp plant shall be prepared by inserting the marith of hemp purchased by inserting the marith of hemp plant, attaching a smoke fluor therefrom, and the smoke shall be inhaled in the above toilets at least 23:00 on the following day.
