A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

In consideration of the statements made by the defendant in an investigative agency, some criminal facts were corrected ex officio to the extent that the defendant does not obstruct the defendant's defense.

The Defendant treated marijuana as follows, even though he is not a person who handles narcotics, as a kystan residing in the Republic of Korea:

1. On July 15, 2019, the Defendant purchased marijuana by taking out approximately 1g of hemps contained in a disposable vinyl budio in Gwangju Mine-gu, and then remitting KRW 120,000 to the Agricultural Cooperative (C) account in the name of C on the same day, from around 21:04 on the same day.

2. Around 22:00 on November 15, 2019, the Defendant accepted marijuana in a way that he receives approximately 0.5g of hemp, which is contained in the second floor G party room stairs near the F in Gwangju Mine-gu, and 0.5g of hemp, which is contained in the single-use vinyl plinus from H, free of charge.

3. Smoking marijuana;

A. On July 15, 2019, the Defendant: (a) at the Defendant’s residence of the Gwangju Mine Building I, deducted a fenced coloned tobacco leaves contained in one cigarette; and (b) instead, smoked marijuana by inserting about 1g of hemp and attaching a fire as soon as possible.

B. On November 15, 2019, at around 22:30 on November 15, 2019, the Defendant deducted the coloned coloned tobacco contained in one cigarette at the same place as the above paragraph (a), and mixed the foregoing coloned coloned tobacco and the hemp imported in the same manner as above (b) and smoked marijuana by inserting approximately 0.5g of the coloned tobacco into the above tobacco, and attaching a fire to the smoke as soon as possible.

4. Around 06:05 on Nov. 18, 2019, the Defendant kept marijuana in a way that, as described in paragraph (1) and paragraph (1), the Defendant smoked in the JM5 vehicle’s JM5 vehicle’s operating seat and its steering seat, as described in paragraph (3) b, and then put in the remaining consular leaves and the leaf leaves mixed with the hemps in excess of 0.9g.
