A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No person shall trade marijuana, or intermediate or smoke in the trade of marijuana.
1. Smoking marijuana;
A. On February 1, 2013, at around 19:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a manner of inserting the influent marijuana dust into the marijuana inhaled by plastic disease at the residence of Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City C 301, and inhaleing it through water with a fire attached.
B. On February 1, 2013, at around 19:00, the Defendant smoked an influoral marijuana in the foregoing manner at the above place.
2. Assistance in the trade of marijuana;
A. On February 2, 2013, the Defendant confirmed whether he/she wishes to purchase marijuana from D upon the request of D to sell it to a person who would buy it, and then, sent it to D, and arranged to purchase it by delivering it to the said D. On February 19, 2013, the Defendant received approximately 10 grams of marijuana in the G street located near the F in Ansan-gu, Seoul, at the end of the middle of the 19:00 on the first day of the 19:00 on the day in the middle of the 19:0, the Defendant received approximately 10 grams of the instant marijuana from the said D and received KRW 200,000 from said D immediately after receiving the said money from said D.
B. On February 2, 2013, the Defendant heard that he would want to purchase marijuana again from the above E, and delivered it to the said D, and received approximately 10 grams of the hemp in the front of G located near the Gu F during the 19:00 lower end of the lower end of February 2013, 2013 from the said D, and then arranged for the trade of marijuana by sending the said money to D immediately after receiving approximately 200,000 won of the said money from the said D.
