A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant treated marijuana as follows, although he is not a person who resides in the Republic of Korea, although he is not a person who is not a narcotics.

1. Trade in marijuana;

A. On September 2019, the Defendant: (a) sent 120,000 won to the seller of the hemp plants in the name of the Plaintiff using the Messen program via the Messenger’s Messenger’s Messenger’s Messenger’s Messenger’s Messenger’s Messenger’s Messenger’s Messenger’s Messenger’s Messenger’s Messenger’s Messenger’s Mes

B. At around 21:00 on November 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) 21:00, around the D party club located in Gwangju Mine-gu; (b) 200,000 won for marijuana from E; and (c) transferred the said party club stairs to the said party club stairs; and (d) sold approximately 1g of marijuana, which is contained in a disposable vinyl, to that person.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On September 1, 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana at the Defendant’s residence located in the Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, by making a cigarette deduction at the Defendant’s residence, by inserting approximately 0.25g of marijuana at his/her domicile, and by making it possible for the Defendant to smoke from marijuana, at the Defendant’s residence located in the Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, and by inserting approximately 0.25g of marijuana at his/her domicile.

B. On September 2019, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.25 g of marijuana at the same place as the above paragraph (a) at the latest night.

C. On October 2019, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.25 g of marijuana at the same place as the above paragraph (a) at the same time.

On November 19, 2019, from around 00:0 to 02:00, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.25g of marijuana at the same place as the above paragraph (a) in the same manner as the above paragraph (a).
