Defendant

A, B, and C shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

The 59 days of detention before the sentence of this judgment is made to Defendant A.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A, the husband of the above A, the defendant B, and the defendant C are security guards.

1. Defendant A and B, a disguised marriage broker broker, proposed that Defendant C be entitled to four million won at face of a disguised marriage with D, a ship of Chinese nationality, a ship of Chinese nationality, and Defendant C consented to this.
