A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidences 1 through 16 and 18 through 25 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a foreigner of the nationality of Malaysia.

On November 2015, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from the name infinite (i.e., the name in C, and D) of the name infinite (i.e., “C”, “D”; (b) to make a credit card in the name of width; (c) entered Korea; and (d) conspired to receive the goods by means of a forged credit card with the name infinite and to pay the price for the goods with the forged credit card.

After all, the Defendant received credit card 22 pages, Korea’s Malaysia’s Malaysia’s Malaysia on December 1, 2015, the Defendant entered Korea around December 2, 2015.

1. On December 2, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business (the part on the use of forged credit cards) presented a forged credit card (credit card number: E, issuer: CHASEK) to the employees of the said store, and used forged credit cards, such as signing on the sales slips, at the Jung-gu Incheon International Airport Passenger Terminal’s Mobile Store located in Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, and paying 200,000 won for Handphone lease.

In addition, the Defendant conspired with the above-mentioned names in order to use forged credit cards over a total of six times from the above point of time to December 11:56, 2015, such as the list Nos. 1 to 6 of the List of Crimes, and acquired property profits equivalent to the total of 742,400 won.

2. On December 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed fraud and a violation of the law on financial business specializing in credit (the attempted use of forged credit cards) committed by the Defendant; (b) paid KRW 200,000,00 to the International Airport Passenger Terminal in Jung-gu Incheon, Incheon; and (c) paid KRW 200,00,00 for handphone rental fee at the International Airport Passenger Terminal in Dong-gu, Incheon; and (d) the employees of the said store, who received a false credit card (credit card number: F.).
