A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 말레이시아 국적의 사람으로서, 2018. 5. 중순 경 페이스 북 광고를 통해 알게 된 위 챗 아이디 ‘C', ’D ‘를 사용하는 성명 불상자들 로부터 ’ 위조 신용카드로 한국에서 전자 담배 기기, 휴대폰 등을 구입해 오면 그 대금의 10% 가량을 지급하겠다‘ 는 제안을 받고 이를 수락한 후 2018. 5. 20. 국내에 입국하였다.

At around 09:00 on May 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received the Defendant’s photograph from the new village located in Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu; (b) received from the Nonparty E, etc., that was introduced by the said Nonparty; (c) received the Defendant’s photographed a counterfeited passport under the name of F and a forged credit card under the name of F, which is one of the son’s nationality; and (d) received 5 copies of a forged credit card under the name of F, with the intention to purchase goods using a forged credit card and bring them to Malaysia, and received part of the sales proceeds.

1. On May 23, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business (hereinafter “H convenience store”), at around 15:19, 2018, the Defendant purchased a user’s name in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City “H convenience store,” and presented to the said I a forged overseas credit card (credit card No. J) signed on the sales slip as if the purchase price was duly formed with an amount equivalent to KRW 720,020 at the market price. From that time, the Defendant paid 720,020 to May 15:46, 2018, the Defendant settled the total amount of KRW 1,498,320 for three times as shown in the attached list of crimes committed in the attached Table 1.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with the above E and his nameless winners, used a forged credit card and got profits from property by deceiving others.

2. On May 23, 2018, the Defendant is an employee of the victim Samsung Electronic Sales Co., Ltd. in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around May 14:1, 201.
