A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 2010, the Defendant: (a) had a bad credit standing due to business failure; (b) had been unable to subscribe to a mobile phone under his/her name; (c) had been aware of the subsidiary D of C while teaching with C; (d) had been aided by an elderly D’s military occupation and hospital treatment; and (c) had obtained personal information, such as D’s resident registration number, etc. while attempting to receive illness and hospital treatment; and (d) had the Defendant used the name of D by stealing the name of D.

around November 28, 2011, the Defendant copied his resident registration certificate in an irregular site without authority for the purpose of exercising his/her name and resident registration number in an irregular manner, copied the name and resident registration number of D in an irregular manner, and copied the following DNA information after entering his/her resident registration certificate in an irregular manner, thereby forging one copy of his/her resident registration certificate under the name of the head of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and forged one copy of his/her resident registration certificate under the name of the head of Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and around November 28, 201, submitted a copy of his/her resident registration certificate under the name of Jung-gu, Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, a false official document, to an employee who is aware of such fact, and exercised it.

2. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;
