Punishment of the crime

1. On July 18, 2012, from around 13:00 to 14:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim D’s house living room located in Chungcheongbuk-gun C from the victim’s wall located in Chungcheong-gun C; (b) one set of Samsung Card owned by the victim from the victim’s wall located in another place where the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (c) one set of a new card.
2. Use of stolen credit cards;
A. A. A. From July 18, 2012, the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around 14:07 on July 18, 2012, the Defendant attempted to steal KRW 6,700,000 in total over 10 times in total, and illegally use credit cards; (b) attempted to steal KRW 1,00,000,000 in total, as described in paragraph (2) of the attached Table of Crimes, by inserting the stolen Samsung Card at the cash payment season and inserting the password number into cash services by inserting it into the cash payment season; and (c) attempted to steal KRW 8,00,000 in total, as described in paragraph (2) of the attached Table of Crimes.
B. On July 19, 2012, around 15:07, the Defendant oiled at the “F station” for the use of the victim’s name unclaimed in the Chungcheongbuk-si, the Defendant: (a) demanded the payment; (b) made a payment of KRW 111,00 with the completion of the stolen Samsung Card; and (c) subsequently used a credit card and acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount. (b) On July 20, 2012, the Defendant oiled at the “H” station for the use of the victim’s name unclaimed in the Chungcheongbuk-si, Chungcheongnam-si; and (d) presented the new card that was stolen as above to the said person who was demanded the payment, and used the credit card illegally by settling the amount of KRW 109,000,000, and acquired economic benefits equivalent to the same amount.
