A. On March 28, 2019: (a) around 13:18, 2019, the Defendant intentionally depreciated one Cheongbababa in an external display of “M” clothing store located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City L by using a gaps in which the victim N was negligent in monitoring; and (b) thereby thefting it.
