A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 26, 2015, the Defendant damaged public goods: (a) around 23:20 on July 26, 2015, the Defendant: (b) around the Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun Police Station, Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul, Seoul, Dongdong Police Station B police box, which was stopped to take a patrol, was called “at the police lane,” but was refused to take a stop; (c) the Defendant took a bath to read “at the police lane and the police box,” and (d) the Defendant damaged the repair cost of KRW 170,000 by putting the front door of the patrol.

2. When the above C gets home at the above date, time, and place, the Defendant obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the patrol duty when C saw C her chests on one occasion by bringing a bath to “ging singing out” to C, and going to the left hand.
