A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Criminal facts
1. On October 22, 2014, the Defendant violated the Framework Act on Fire Services: (a) assaulted the Defendant’s house located in C Apartment 101 Dong 1108, and reported to 119 on October 22, 2014, at the Defendant’s house located in C Apartment 101 Dong 1108, and reported to 119; (b) assaulted E and F within the first-aid vehicle to “Ne 119, Bags will die” while sending the fire brigade cause E and F, and continuously taking emergency measures against the said D; and (c) collected the first-aid vehicle to the said E, “Ie Doe 19, Bags will die.”
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of the fire fighters.
2. On October 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) arrested and taken custody of a flagrant offender on the grounds as set forth in the foregoing paragraph (1) at the Pakistan Police Station located in G on October 22, 2014; (b) when he was arrested and taken custody of a flagrant offender on the grounds as set forth in the foregoing paragraph (1), the Defendant used the police box affiliated with the Ha who prepared the documents related to the arrest of a flagrant offender to take a bath that “I would see, e.g., whether this is fair legal enforcement or not; and (c) I would like to take advantage of the civil petitioner’s will to take advantage of his face.”
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of police officers in flagrante and suppression of crimes.
