A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 11:10 on October 5, 2019, the Defendant expressed that “D” in the operation of the victim C(s) located in Gumisisi-si B (hereinafter “A”), on the ground that the victim was aware that there was no problem in the Defendant’s mobile phone age after obtaining the Defendant’s mobile phone device, and without a clear reason, the Defendant expressed that “I would like to kill the Defendant, because there is no problem, I would like to do so, because I would like to do so, I would like to die, I would like to do it, I would like to die, I would like to die, and young young years. I would like to get the victim the cell phone that the Defendant used by the Defendant. I want to walk the chair while coming from the chair who was seated by the Defendant and walk the victim’s arms and shoulder parts of the victim, and assault the victim.

2. From around 11:10 on October 5, 2019 to about 20 minutes, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim’s mobile phone agency business by assaulting the victim as described in paragraph (1) at the places described in paragraph (1) and 20 minutes. The Defendant interfered with the victim’s mobile phone agency business by avoiding the disturbance.

3. At around 11:50 on October 5, 2019, the Defendant of the obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) reported at the place specified in paragraph (1) and sent by the police at the 112 report, “I am to the police, I am to the police again, I am to the fright; (b) I am to take a bath in the store; and (c) I am to see that I am to prevent the Defendant from being disturbed, and am out, I am to the outside. I am to say, “I am to the inside of I am, I am, I am, I am to the law, I am to do so; and (d) I am to the chest part of F am in his arms on their arms on their arms.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning 112 reports.
