Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, each of the above punishments shall be executed.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not authorized to handle narcotics.

1. Defendant A

A. On December 2018, 2018, the Defendant received 200,000 won from D in the residence of Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon on December 12, 2018, and purchased psychotropic drugs-related Melopons (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”). The Defendant provided approximately 0.1g out of approximately 0.5g of the philopon purchased at the above time and place, without compensation, to D.

3) At the above time and place, the Defendant: (a) injected approximately KRW 0.1g of the phiphones purchased as above by means of dilution with raw water; (b) around February 5, 2019, the Defendant paid approximately KRW 0.1g of the phiphones; (b) around February 5, 2019, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.1m of the Defendant’s operation parked in the front line of the Defendant’s residence located in Seocheon-si E, Seocheon-si, and provided KRW 0.1m of the phiphones free of charge to 1 B; and (c) around February 8, 2019, the Defendant supplied approximately KRW 0.1m of the 1st of the 2nd of the 1st of the 2nd of the 2nd of the 2nd of the 2nd of the 2nd of the 2nd of the 1st of the 2nd of the 2nd of the 2nd of the 2nd of the 1st of the 2nd of the 2nd of the 2nd of the 2nd of the 2nd of the 2nd of the 1.

2) At the above time and place, the Defendant provided approximately KRW 0.2g of the philophones purchased as above to D free of charge. 3) At around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) dilutiond approximately 0.1g out of the philophones purchased as above, into the single male toilet in Busan City, Seocheon-si; and (b) administered them by means of dilution with raw water in a single-use injection machine; and (c) administering them in a way of injecting them to the neck.
