A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated psychotropic drugs, such as Metropists (one philopon), and Kenya respectively as follows:
1. Purchasing philophones;
A. On August 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) contacted the Defendant to purchase a telephone at the location of the main text office of C bank in Gangnam-gu Seoul, through the “comgram”, a smartphone program, at the location of the main text office of the C bank located in Gangnam-gu, to purchase the telephone; (b) deposited KRW 700,000 with an account in the name of the F, known to him; and (c) purchased the phone using one phiphone within the same calendar box, which was known to the Defendant.
B. On August 10, 2019, the Defendant, at the location described in the above 1-Ga paragraph (a) of the same Article, deposited KRW 700,000 into a non-passed account in the name of the F that he/she became aware of using the SNS SNS Rophone at the location of the said 1-Ga, and made a deposit of KRW 70,000 to a non-passed account, which he/she became aware of, and then he/she purchased at the location of the said 1-Chnopic phone.
2. Medication and provision of philophones;
A. On August 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) injectedd approximately 0.3gg of phiphonephones purchased, as described in the above 1-A, with I, into a single-use injection machine; and (b) injected into his left arms and administered them.
B. At the time, at the place specified in the above 2-A, the Defendant provided the said I with a disposable injection device containing approximately 0.1g of philopon.
C. On August 10, 2019, the Defendant added approximately 0.3g of phiphonephones purchased as described in the above 1-b at his own dwelling located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, and K, to a single-use dyscopic dyscopic dys, and dyscopic dyscopic dys.
