Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for six months with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Busan District Court on August 16, 2018 and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 24th of the same month.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant, even though not the handler of narcotics, dealt with the Metetop clopty (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”), which is a local mental medicine, as follows.

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. On March 2, 2018, the Defendant purchased and sold opphonephones from a person who could not know the name using SNS “D” in front of the C hotel located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul. Around March 2, 2018, the Defendant purchased and sold opphones from a person who was unable to know the name using SNS “D” and KRW 0.4g of opphones and KRW 5.30 million.

B. On March 3, 2018, the Defendant: (a) purchased 100,000 won from J, which he/she became aware of through SNS hosting app “I” at G hotel Hho Lake located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul; and (b) purchased and sold a disposable phiphone with approximately 0.1g of phiphones to him/her.

2. Around March 2, 2018, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones into a disposable injection machine from G hotel H on March 2, 2018, and dilution with water, and then injection into the arms.

3. Receipt of Handphones;

A. On March 2, 2018, at around 21:00, the Defendant received 20 parts of the 1st half of the 20th half of the 1st half of the 1st half of the 20th half of the 1st half of the 2018 G hotel H by using SNS-based app “I” (red red bean) from a person who is not aware of the names of the 20th half of the 20th half of the 1st half of the 1st half of the 1st half of the 2018.

B. On March 2, 2018, at around 21:30, the Defendant received, without compensation, a disposable injection machine containing approximately 0.05 g of philopon from a person (Korean person) who was aware of the name of 20 latter parts of the said G hotel H room through the said “I” (Korean person).

4. On March 3, 2018, the Defendant holding a philopon shall be placed in a one-time injection room containing approximately 0.03 g of philopon from the above G hotel H room at around 10:33.
