Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Act on Interference with General Transport and Demonstration on October 28, 2011 shall hold any outdoor assembly or demonstration in a place within 100 meters from the boundary of the National Assembly building;

From around 14:25 on October 28, 201, the Defendant held “B organization” in India of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Industrial Bank, Yeongdeungpo-gu Industrial Bank, Seoul. At around 14:40 on the same day, the Defendant appeared together with approximately 2,500 participants of the National Assembly, who participated in an assembly “doctrine against the ratification of the Korea-U.S. FTA” held as a society by the Secretary General of the Korea-U.S. Secretariat. At around 14:40 on the same day, the Defendant and demonstration group had approximately 2,50 persons who participated in the assembly and demonstration as a broadcast vehicle, and as a consequence, inciting the passage of the National Assembly, the Defendant and demonstration group had approximately 2,50 persons who participated in the assembly from around 6-laned roads of the Hando Park Culture, E.S., to around 15:20 meters in a straight line from the original place of assembly to around 10 meters from the boundary of the National Assembly’s office.”

Accordingly, in collusion with other participants in an assembly, the Defendant participated in an outdoor assembly or demonstration at a place within 100 meters from the boundary of the National Assembly building, which is the place where the assembly or demonstration is prohibited, and interfered with the passage of the land.

2. On September 29, 2011, the Defendant participated in an assembly of promotional districts for performance of anti-value registration, which was held from around 19:00 on September 29, 201 to the south side of the Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno Cheong River square to E organization from around 19:00 on September 29, 201.

The defendant, from around 22:15 on the same day to about 700 participants of the above assembly, occupied the way to cross-section of the private street in Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, by the 23:30 on the same day.
