A shall be punished by imprisonment for 8 months and by a fine of 5 million won, and by a fine of 300,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) from April 18, 2016, leased heading 1146 and 1221 of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Officetel; and (b) provided publicity to the Internet sexual traffic advertising site “G”, “H, etc. after employing B, E, etc. as an employee of sexual traffic; and (c) reported it to the Defendant, the Defendant is a business owner engaging in sexual traffic against the male incompetuous names.

On May 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received 80,000 won for sexual traffic from I who reported and found the above advertisement; and (b) caused B to perform similar acts, such as making B look at I’s sexual organ as his hand, and assessing B’s sexual organ.

Accordingly, the Defendant arranged sexual traffic for business from April 18, 2016 to May 10, 2016.

2. Defendant B, around 16:00 on May 10, 2016, around 16:16, and around 1146, the Defendant: (a) committed sexual traffic, such as having a male customer I who was employed by a sexual traffic business owner A and found out his place; (b) having received KRW 80,000 in the price for sexual traffic from the male customer I, and met with I’s sexual organ by hand; and (c)
