A Imprisonment for one year, Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 50,000 won, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of 1,00,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name “E” on the second floor of the Seo-gu Daejeon Building D.

From June 26, 2016 to July 7, 2016, the Defendant employed sexual traffic female B at the foregoing business establishment, and had the female do the act of similarity by allowing the sexual purchasers to pay 80,000 won a day to the gender of the male guest in return for the payment of 80,00 won from the average sexual purchasers.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. A around July 7, 2016, the Defendant engaged in sexual traffic once by engaging in the act of similaritying 80,000 won in return for the payment of 80,000 won to unspecified sexual buyers at the above business establishment, by leading male customers to see their sexual organ.

3. The Defendant, at the same time, and at the same place as indicated in paragraph (1), assisted and abetted the act of arranging sexual traffic by providing guidance to customers and cleaning the business place in order to assist them with awareness that the said A arranged sexual traffic as above.
