A is the owner of the Franchising business in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office Ctel D heading-E heading office.

1. Defendant A

A. From the end of July 2018 to August 28, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) caused female employees, such as G, H, I, and J, to engage in similar sexual intercourse by taking 80,00 won from an unspecified number of customers who reported commercial sex acts, by receiving 80,000 won from an unspecified number of customers, who have reported commercial sex acts, and by allowing them to scam or rapidly scam the sexual organ of customers.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

B. In a place where the Defendant cannot identify his/her address from June 2018 to August 28, 2018, the Defendant advertised the Defendant’s “F” that he/she operates, such as “K (L)” in the website. [M, N,O, P, Q] (M, P, Q).

2. Defendant B, around 16:00 on August 28, 2018, around Ctel Nos. 1, the Defendant engaged in sexual intercourse by giving 80,00 won to female employees G and engaging in sexual intercourse.
