A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months and fine of five million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

1. The Defendant: (a) leased the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Dtel 406 from August 2015; and (b) carried on business of similarity in return for money from a male who finds out a place in the name of “E” after employing B as a female employee of sexual traffic.

On September 18, 2015, the Defendant received 18:30,00 won in cash from male customers F, which had been found in the above business establishment at around 406, and caused the above B to do similar acts, such as holding the above F’s sexual organ in his/her hand.

As a result, the Defendant, from August 2015 to September 9, 2015, engaged in commercial sex acts in the above officetels as a business.

2. On September 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received 180,00 won in cash from male customer F, which was found in the instant officetel 406 around 18:30 on September 18, 2015; and (b) carried out commercial sex acts by hand by means of similarity, such as accepting F’s sexual organ by hand.

Defendant A, from April 13, 2016 to April 14, 2016, announced “G”, a website of Seocho-gu Seoul, by leasing the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Office Officetel 708 and advertised “E”, and announced male customers, including H, who discovered the advertisement as the instant officetel, to guide them to the said officetel, and let the I waiting in the said officetel receive KRW 130,00 from male customers and receive KRW 130,00 from male customers, and had them do sexual intercourse similar to that of male customers.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.

Defendant A, “2016 Highest 6932,” is a type of business that engages in sexual traffic business with the mutual similarity of "L" by leasing the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Jtel 1308 and employing female employees, such as K, etc.

On May 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 150,00 in cash from Sungnam M from the above officetel 1308; and (b) caused the above K to engage in the act of similaritying the sexual organ of the above M; and (c) assisted the commercial sex acts.
