1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is a school foundation that operates D Middle Schools (hereinafter “D”) and E High Schools (hereinafter “E high schools”) in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

B. The Plaintiff interviewed F, etc., the president of the Eat-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government supporters’ association, and served as the Eat-gu student cafeteria from March 1, 2013 to July 31, 2014.

C. On March 1, 2013, the Plaintiff drafted a fixed-term worker employment contract with the Defendant with the following content.

(e) Date of payment: A payment shall be made to the account in the name of the plaintiff designated by the plaintiff on the last day.

5. Holidays and vacations;

(a) Holidays: Holidays shall be Sundays every week, and legal holidays and Workers’ Day (5.1) shall be the paid leave day; and

(b) Leave: It shall grant vacations, such as annual leave, official leave, sick leave, etc., as prescribed by the personnel management regulations of the school accounting personnel;
