Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is a labor law firm that provides services under Article 2 of the Certified Public Labor Attorney Act, and the Plaintiff is a person who joined the Defendant on March 2, 2015 and accepted the noise case of mining workers in distress.
