Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

Around 15:35 on December 28, 2013, the Defendant attended the “Candlelightlightlight Culture Agenda” held by the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea, which is held in Sejong-ro Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, at around 15:35 on December 28, 2013. After holding a meeting with approximately 3,00 participants of other assemblies, the Defendant obstructed the passage of vehicles from around 17:17 on the same day to around 17:36 on the same day, around 17:52 on the same day, around 17:52 on the same day, around 17:53 on the same day, and around 18:03 on the two direction ahead of the “Dongcheon duty-free shop” located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, to take part in the assembly and demonstration and to provide relief services. From around 25:100 on December 28, 2013, the Defendant obstructed the passage of vehicles from around 17:25:25 on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land by other means.
