1. The Defendant is based on the termination of title trust on August 12, 2017, on the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

1. Indication of claim;

A. A. Around May 2017, the Plaintiff concluded a title trust agreement with the Defendant and the Defendant to acquire a motor vehicle listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant motor vehicle”) under the Plaintiff’s name, and agreed to terminate the said title trust agreement within three months from the time the Defendant acquired the instant motor vehicle under the Plaintiff’s name.

Accordingly, the Defendant acquired the instant automobile in the name of the Plaintiff on May 12, 2017.

B. Since the above title trust agreement was terminated on August 12, 2017, the Defendant is obligated to accept the transfer registration procedure based on the termination of the above title trust from the Plaintiff.
