A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 10, 2014, the Defendant requested the Defendant to obtain the Defendant’s personal information from the slope E belonging to the D District of the Unandong Police Station in order to undergo an investigation due to a traffic accident at the C Hospital emergency room located in the Southern-gun B, the Defendant left the name of “F” and the F’s resident registration number (G) for the purpose of hiding the fact that the Defendant did not pay a fine due to a drunk driving, and submitted the report to the police officer, stating the “F” to the confirmation column at the bottom of the “Report on the Discovery of the Location of the Geographical Information Communications Information Communications Agency” with a black pen, and submitted it to the police officer.

Accordingly, the defendant forged another person's signature and exercised it.
