A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the father and mother of the first child who is a victimized child, B (ma, 8 years of age), second father C (ma, 6 years of age).

1. On November 23, 2019, around November 23, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime at the Defendant’s house located in Sanyang-gu, Sanyang-si, Sanyang-si, on the ground that the victimized Party B made a false statement, when the face and body part of the victimized Party was sent back to several times due to the garment of plastic material located therein, on the ground that the victimized Party B made a false statement, and the garment of the son’s face and body was cut down by his hand.

Around February 18, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 17:30 on February 18, 2020, at the same place as the above Paragraph (1) above; and (b) on the same ground as the above Paragraph (2), the Defendant created a blank atmosphere for fear of the victimized children by stating that “I wish to die. I will die. I will die with the width strings; if you die, I would like to die, I would like to die. I would like to die.”

As a result, the Defendant committed physical abuse, which may injure the body of a child, or injure the physical health and development of a child, and emotional abuse which may injure the mental health and development of a child.
