Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who has worked as a nursery teacher at the "C Child Care Center" located in Busan Southern-gu B.

On April 6, 2018, the Defendant, at the above child care center on April 12:25, 2018,: (a) caused the victimized party D (the 3 years of age) to continuously cut the mixed floor even at the time when other children stop; and (b) led the victimized party to forcibly attract his/her arms of the victimized party, which was cut down on the Gap floor on the ground that the victimized party's own floor cannot be properly arranged; (c) led the victimized party by force, which caused the two arms of the victimized party, which was dried up on his/her own floor, to take a hand, and sentenced him/her by hand, and then, caused the victimized party to tightly read the parts of the victimized party as his/her hand, tight the parts and knick the knick part, and then dried the knick part of the knick part.

As a result, the defendant committed emotional abusive acts that undermine the mental health and development of children.
