Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a member of the Housing Redevelopment Project Association in the district B, a mutual service company (one person D) representative, “C”.

On September 18, 2018, E, a member of a housing redevelopment and rearrangement project association in B, upon the request of at least 1/10 of its members, sent to the representative of the person required by E a written resolution of dismissal of F, the president of the Housing redevelopment and rearrangement project association in B (the date and time of the general meeting: the general meeting on October 3, 2018: the general meeting place on October 14, 2018:00): to convene a general meeting for the removal of F, the president of the association in B, the letter of notice of the general meeting and the letter of resolution for the removal of the president of the association

In order to interfere with the convening of a general meeting for dismissal of the head of the Housing Redevelopment Project Association in the B zone, which is conducted as a representative of the person requested by the defendant, the defendant thought in the middle in a way that he received a written resolution from the members in advance and did not deliver it to the E. On September 20, 2018, the defendant ordered H, who is a public relations personnel, to write out the list of the members and receive a written resolution from the members in advance, and H, to send it to the defendant, and H, through the list of the members received from the defendant, called as "the request shall be made to leave the written resolution or send it to the office address through mail", and the defendant did not submit a written resolution from the number of the members in the name, so that the written resolution from the number of the members in question is not delivered to the defendant, and the defendant did not attend the general meeting held on October 3, 2018.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the affairs such as convening a general meeting of dismissal and resolution of the president of the association of the victim B district housing redevelopment project association by fraudulent means.
