A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for twelve years.

A seized knife (No. 1) shall be forfeited from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as his wife’s son, had a frequent drinking place with the victim B (42) who was the wife of the wife’s son interest, and had a considerable friendship. However, there was a doubt as to whether the wife was improper with the wife on October 2017.

On November 4, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 23:56, 2017, her wife visited the victim accompanying the same company who was not in contact with the company until late; (b) heard the victim’s speech that “anywhere he/she knows” from the victim; and (c) subsequently, the victim made a statement to the effect that he/she would drink the alcohol, but was rejected differently from that of the ordinary meeting.

At around 00:25 on November 5, 2017, the Defendant sent a face with the victim’s aid. During that process, the Defendant told that “I am scam to scam, I am scam to scam to scam, I am scam to scam to scam,” and that “I am scam to scam to scam to scam to scam to scam.” In particular, from February 2017 to around 2017, I am scam to scam with the wife while I am going to work, and in particular, I am scam to scam to scam to the nearby restaurant at the place of residence around November 5, 2017.

After that, on November 5, 2017, the Defendant, while drinking a mixed drinking on 02:19, called “the location of the wife” from the injured person during the call with the injured person, was refused to take the drinking place that the Defendant proposed, different from ordinary times, and even if the injured person did not speak that he would find the Defendant’s wife, it was caused to think that the injured person and the wife belonged to the Defendant and that the wife was winded.

As a result, the Defendant had a serious dispute with the victim, and he heard from the victim that she would have misunderstanding her friend, and that she would have her residence of the Defendant.
