Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) won the case for the removal of the building and the claim for the delivery of land filed by C (C) to the Defendant’s father E as the Seo-gu District Court Branch Branch of 2014Ga 14898; and (b) appealed on June 18, 2015 by Daegu District Court 2015Na 8627; (c) died on April 23, 2015, the Defendant’s father E was already killed on April 23, 2015.

For the purpose of exercising, the Defendant: (i) at the Daegu District Court on July 27, 2015, “receiving: the civil department No. 4 of the Daegu District Court 364 Daegu-si, Daegu-si, Daegu-si, 364: the address for delivery: F, E, and the address for the change after the change: G, H (I cafeteria); used as the applicant E; (ii) forged an application for the change of address, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations, affixed the seal on the name of E; (iii) submitted to the public service center of the Daegu District Court on July 28, 2015, and submitted to the public service center of the Daegu District Court on July 28, 2015; and (iii) exercised one application for the change of address so forged; and (iv) the person delegated to the attorney-at-law in front of the Daegu District Court on September 7, 2015; and (iv) the person delegated to the attorney-at-law, the person delegated to the court;
