A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of each private document and the display of each falsified private document;

A. On November 26, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stated the Defendant’s wife’s personal information on the proxy form for a certificate of seal imprint kept at the place without authority for the purpose of exercising at the Geumcheon-gu Office of Geumcheon-gu, U.S.; and (b) affixed D’s seal to the seal imprint; (c) forged a letter of proxy for a certificate of seal imprint in the name of D, a private document pertaining to rights and obligations; and (d) submitted to the employee in charge of not knowing the forgery at the seat as above, as if the proxy form for a certificate of seal imprint in the forged name was genuine.

B. Around December 6, 2012, the Defendant: (a) had a notary public in Heung-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, had an employee of the said office, who was unable to know his name without authority, prepare a draft of the bond transfer contract using a computer for the purpose of exercising the F Law Firm Office; (b) had the transferor enter his personal information in the transferor column and affix his seal; (c) forged one copy of the bond transfer contract in the name of D, a private document concerning rights and obligations, which is a private document; (d) borrowed a promissory note amounting to KRW 70,117,00 from G at the face value, which is worth KRW 70,17,000,000 from G, under the name of the Defendant and D’s residence as a collateral, and exercised it as if the contract was duly completed.

C. The Defendant: (a) had an employee of the foregoing office, who is unable to know his name without authority for the purpose of exercising his/her right at the time, time, and place as mentioned in the foregoing B, prepare a draft of the notice of assignment of claims using a computer; (b) stated DNA personal information in the transferor’s column; and affixed D’s seal, forged a copy of the notice of assignment of claims in the name of a private document pertaining to rights and obligations; and (c) is
