The defendant shall be innocent.
Reasons
1. Summary of the facts charged
A. On April 20, 2010, the Defendant forged C’s letter of delegation, which is a private document in the name of name, by stating “A”, “A” in the column for the purpose of registration, “C” and “A” and “Ea-14-1402, and F” in the column for the purpose of registration and its date, without permission of the person in name, for the purpose of uttering at a place in the name of the name of the person in question. B. On April 20, 2010, the Defendant: (a) submitted to a public official in charge of registration in charge of false names, who was unaware of the forgery, at the Geumsan registry located in Geumcheon-gu, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) as described in paragraph (a), one letter of delegation in forged C, as if it were duly formed; and (c) exercised one letter of delegation in forged C.

The Defendant submitted an application for registration of cancellation of the right to termination of the right to termination of the preceding mortgagee C, the mortgagee C, accompanied by one letter of delegation in the name of the above C, to a public official in charge of registration in charge of the date, location, and name omitted, and exercised the registration official by having the above registered official keep a certified copy of the real estate register stating the above fact of mistake.
