The defendant shall be innocent.
Reasons
1. Summary of the facts charged
A. On April 20, 2010, the Defendant forged C’s letter of delegation, which is a private document in the name of name, by stating “A”, “A” in the column for the purpose of registration, “C” and “A” and “Ea-14-1402, and F” in the column for the purpose of registration and its date, without permission of the person in name, for the purpose of uttering at a place in the name of the name of the person in question.
