1. Occurrence of liability for damages;

A. The facts of recognition 1) On September 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) as a cargo driver of Lone Star Cargo, caused the Plaintiff’s hurburged car of the Plaintiff A, who was on the left-hand turn to the right in the straight line, in contravention of the signal at the shooting distance intersection in front of the Gangnam Police Station located in Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si, 377, and due to the negligence of left-hand turn to the straight line; and (b) thereby, the Plaintiff suffered injury, such as the surgy, the surgy, and the surging water damage (hereinafter “instant accident”).

B. According to the above fact of recognition of liability, the defendant is liable for damages suffered by the plaintiffs due to the accident of this case.

1) Future medical treatment costs: The diagnosis fees (6,635 won per month), medication fees (20,000 won per month), physical treatment expenses (48,000 won per month) per 1 month (6,000 won per 48,000 won per month) not later than the end of life expectancy, or one month (in case of calculation by 4 weeks, 12,000 won per 1 week x 48 weeks) for the convenience of calculation.
