A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 11, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Daejeon District Court, which became final and conclusive on October 19, 2007. On January 25, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years for a year of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Incheon District Court, which became final and conclusive on February 2, 2019.

Since the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he/she shall not sell, deliver, or administer psychotropic drugs, psychotropic drugs, Mesophalopon (hereinafter referred to as "coponon").

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. At around 00:10 on October 21, 2018, in order to pay 850,000 won in cash to D in front of each other’s Maternal Madon located near Cbank B located in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City, and sell and sell 4g of philophonephones contained in vinyl Madon from D.

2. On September 24, 2018, the Defendant issued and received 0.03 gramopon from the house of P in P in the 2nd floor of P and P in the 2nd floor to H free of charge, and received and delivered 0.03 gramopon.

3. Medication of phiphones.

A. At around 22:00 on September 24, 2018, the Defendant, at the house of Pakistan G and H located in the second floor, 0.03g of a single-use philopon into the body of his arms, and dilution with water, administered philopon by means of injection into his arms.

B. At around 05:30 on November 8, 2018, the Defendant, at the home of Pakistan I and K, put approximately 0.03g of philopon into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, administered philopon in a way of injection into his arms.

C. At around 13:00 on November 9, 2018, the Defendant added approximately 0.03 grams in a single-use injection machine at the same place as described in the foregoing paragraph, and dilution with water.
