Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 11, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of fraud at Daejeon District Court on December 11, 2013, and the said judgment becomes final and conclusive at that time, and is under execution of the sentence.

On June 26, 2013, at the defendant's office located in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, posted a letter stating that the Internet NAV C Cafbook will sell children's Albber C, and reported it to the victim D (the age of 27) who sent money to the victim, and received KRW 100,000 from the account of community credit cooperatives (E) in the name of the defendant.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to send the Alpt, even if he received the price from a person who had been holding the aforesaid Alpt without any fact, and attempted to do so.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivingd the victim D, and acquired 100,000 won from the victim D.

In addition, the Defendant, from April 30, 2013 to June 26, 2013, acquired a total of 685,000 won against the five victims by the same method, such as the list of crimes in the attached Form.

Around 17:55 on June 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) reported on the purchase of parts and accessories of Lone Star vehicle posted on the Internet site’s recycling parts bulletin board of F (the website for the purchase of vehicle recycling parts); (b) made phone calls to the victim G and sent the pictures of Lone Star vehicle to the victim; and (c) sent the front part of the said vehicle with the payment being sent.

However, the defendant had no intention or ability to send the above vehicle and used parts, even if he received the price from the owner of the above vehicle and used parts and received the price.

As such, the defendant deceivings the victim and belongs to it, and 1 million won is the Saemaul Treasury in the name of the defendant under the name of the victim as the price for vehicle parts on the same day.
