1. On May 1, 2015, the Defendant sent a false text message to “DPC bank” located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on the Internet homepage, sent the victim a notice of a request for the purchase of baby carriages posted on the Internet Gona website, and then sent a false text message to “on the part of the Defendant’s name, if sent KRW 1.40,000 to the Agricultural Cooperative (F) account in the name of the Defendant, then sent the victim a false text message to “on the part of the Defendant’s name, delivery of baby carriages to the Defendant’s e-mail.”

However, at that time, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to send the vehicle even if he received money without having been in possession of it in a state where he had no living expenses and attempted to do so.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 140,00 from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative (F) account in the name of the Defendant at a short time.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

2. On May 10, 2015, the Defendant sent a false text message to the victim that “I would sell 30,000 won or more if I would sell money” on the Internet website, and sent the victim a false text message to the victim’s e-mail at the same place as the time unsatisfying prior to the lapse of time on May 10, 2015.”

However, at that time, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to send the money even if he received the money without having been holding the said money in a state where he had no living expenses.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 30,00 from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (F) in the name of the Defendant on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

The defendant of "2016 Highest 2148" shall be the defendant on June 5, 2016.
