Punishment of the crime

2. Around December 29, 2014, the Defendant posted a notice to the effect that the Defendant sold a powder via the instant B bulletin board, and said that the Defendant would send the said bags to the victim E at home if the Defendant first sent the price to the victim E. However, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to send the bags even if he received money from the victim.

The Defendant received 250,000 won from the victim’s new bank account in the name of the Defendant.

3. Around December 29, 2014, the Defendant posted a notice to the effect that the Defendant sold a powder via the instant B bulletin board, and said that the Defendant would send the bank to the Victim F by way of a door-to door-to door-to-door dispatch of the price. However, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to send the bank even if he received money from the Victim.

The Defendant received 273,00 won from the victim’s new bank account in the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired the sum of KRW 1,023,00 from three victims.

4. On April 7, 2015, the Defendant posted the Defendant’s office located in Daegu Northern-gu G, stating that “H” bulletin board “H” was sold,” and reported this to the Defendant.
