A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant traded, smoked, and dump marijuana as follows:

1. Around October 2015, the Defendant purchased marijuana: (a) around October 2015, 2015; (b) around 2.50,000 won in cash, 3 grams of marijuana, which were wraped from C in the street in the north-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu.
