A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Even if a suspect is not a narcotics handler, he/she traded, smoked, or dump marijuana as follows:

1. Around October 2015, the Defendant purchased marijuana around 200,000 won and purchased approximately 6g of marijuana 20,000,000 won from D at the Defendant’s accommodation near Seo-jin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City at night, Seo-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City at night.

2. On October 2015, the Defendant sold marijuana at around 2015: (a) around October 2015, the Defendant received and sold KRW 2.50,000,000 in cash, 3g of marijuana, which was wraped to E in the street in the north-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu.

3. On November 2016, the Defendant purchased marijuana from D within KRW 500,000 and purchased approximately 150,000,000,00,000 from D’s SM5 vehicles parked in the south-gu Seoul Metropolitan City in the vicinity of D’s clothes located in the south-gu Seoul Metropolitan City at night during the night hours.

4. On November 2016, the Defendant, at the same time and place as that set forth in the preceding paragraph, smoked marijuana in collusion with D by inserting approximately 0.2g of marijuana in a way of inhaleing smokes by inserting 0.2g of it by using the gambling place contained in the cigarette lock, at the same time and place as D.

5. On November 2016, the Defendant smoked marijuana in the middle of the year 2016, in a way that he/she smokes it by inserting approximately 0.2g of marijuana using a gambling place in the vicinity of the I Park located in Daejeon Neong-gu H during the new wall time zone, and then inhales it with a smoked in a manner that inhales it by inserting about 0.2g of marijuana, in the vicinity of the I Park.

6. Sale of marijuana in the middle and middle order on November 2016;

A. On November 2016, the Defendant received and sold KRW 2.50,000,00 in cash, 3g of marijuana, which was flaged to E on the street near the Ynan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, J, in the new wall time zone.

B. The Defendant: (a) received and sold in cash approximately KRW 80,000,000, 4g of marijuana, which was sealed in the Defendant’s Lbane car parked in the same place as that set forth in the preceding paragraph, to M in cash.

7. Sale of marijuana on December 10, 2016;

A. On December 10, 2016, the Defendant was parked in the Northern-gu N, Seo-gu, Seocheon-si around 23:00.
