A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On September 3, 2016, the Defendant received marijuana: (a) around September 3, 2016, at an officetel located in D at the Seocho-si, Sincho-si on September 3, 2016; (b) received, without compensation, about 0.4g of marijuana from E via her home line; and (c) received, and received, marijuana.

2. On September 3, 2016, the Defendant smoked marijuana: (a) around September 3, 2016, at an officetel located in Sincho-si (Seoul); (b) around September 3, 2016, the Defendant made 0.4g of marijuana received as indicated in the foregoing 1.

3. On September 18, 2016, the Defendant for the purchase of marijuana, to the extent that it does not disadvantage the Defendant’s exercise of the Defendant’s right of defense at the Fhigh bus terminal located in the city of Gyeongan on September 18, 2016, the Defendant, without any changes in the indictment, shall partly correct the written indictment according to the results obtained from the examination of evidence in this court without any changes in the indictment.

In the instant indictment, the Defendant sent the instant bill to the account from the I bus terminal located in Ansan-si around September 18, 2016, to the account, and purchased the hemp by obtaining approximately 2g delivery from E via express bus freight. However, according to the E and the Defendant’s statement, the Defendant sent the hemp to the I bus terminal located in Ansan-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si through express bus freight, and the Defendant appears to have received it from the F bus terminal (Evidence Nos. 19, 121, 135, 182).

E transferred 20,000 won into an account for marijuana purchase, and purchased marijuana by receiving approximately 2g of marijuana delivery via express bus carriages from E.

4. On November 2016, the Defendant purchased marijuana by receiving approximately 80,000,000 won in cash from G and approximately 4g of marijuana contained in a gambling site in the middle of the mid-term 2016, which was parked on the street near the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gyeong-gu, the Police Officer: (a) purchased marijuana.

5. On December 10, 2016, the Defendant for the purchase of marijuana is within a franchise vehicle for G operation parked on the street near the Northwest-gu, Seo-gu, Yandong on December 10, 2016.
