A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence Nos. 1, 2, 3, 5, 9, 10 shall be forfeited from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

On May 12, 2010, the Defendant issued a warrant of arrest at the Gwangju District Public Prosecutor's Office to commit fraud on May 12, 2010, and sentenced the Defendant to forge his driver's license, public official identification, etc. in the name of Sari C and D with the aim to prepare for the police officer's non-examination during the escape life.

1. On June 8, 2013, around 10:13, the Defendant: (a) reported an advertisement posted by a forged criminal on his/her name via the Internet portal site search at the F station office located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu; and (b) contacted the forged criminal with his/her cell phone on June 12, 2013; (c) requested the forgery of C driver’s license at the above station office at around 10:02 on June 12, 2013; (d) sent a copy of C’s driver’s license cans file, Defendant’s evidentiary cans file; and (e) sent the e-mail known to the above forged criminal; (e) attached a Defendant’s photograph at the above station around 12:30 on June 14, 2013; and (e) obtained the Defendant’s photograph from the above forged criminal on June 12:30, 201 “Seoul, name C, resident registration number C, H, and I building prior to his/her address I.”

2. On June 12, 2013, when the Defendant requested the forgery of C’s official identification at the above gas station office, the Defendant sent C’s driver’s identification card to the above e-mail along with C’s driver’s license cans file, Defendant’s evidentiary photo cans file, and at around 1:49 on the same day, the Defendant sent it to the above e-mail along with public official identification card and police official identification file and identification file, and the Defendant’s photograph is attached at the above gas station on June 24, 2013 and on June 24, 2013, the Defendant’s photograph is attached to the Defendant’s identification card under the name of Ansan market stating, “Ssan City, Grade C, name and resident registration number, H, and June 3, 2013.”
