A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant had been working at the (E)E, who has been living for the purpose of avoiding investigation, had a false driver's license under the name of another person in order to disguise his status while living for the purpose of evading investigation.

1. On June 9, 2013, around 14:00 to 15:00 on June 9, 2013, the Defendant forged official document: (a) searched “identification” on an Internet website from the PC room located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Dobong-gu’s Dobong-gu online website to commission a person who was unaware of name and posted an advertisement for an advertisement for an identification card; (b) on the same day, the Defendant sent the Defendant’s pro-Japanese personal information and the Defendant’s photograph file to the e-mail address known to the Nonparty on the same day, and then remitted KRW 60,000 to the account designated by the Nonparty for the above Article.

On June 14, 2013, the Defendant attached the Defendant’s photograph at Defendant’s home located in 106 dong 1901, G building 106 and 1901, and received one copy of the driver’s license indicating the “Seoul Commissioner of the Local Police Agency” on November 16, 2018, when the Defendant was sent to the Defendant’s family located in the Republic of Korea, “Seoul National Police Agency” on November 15, 2011.

Accordingly, the defendant forged a driver's license under the name of the director of the Seoul Local Police Agency, which is a public document, for the purpose of exercising in collusion with the above person.

2. On June 17, 2013, at around 19:00 on June 17, 2013, the Defendant forged official document: (a) requested the person under the name of the F, which he/she received as described in the foregoing paragraph (1), from the North Korea, in the Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to make a new driver’s license; and (b) around June 20, 2013, the Defendant’s photograph was attached to the Defendant’s wife via the Defendant’s wife; (c) “Seoul International, F, L, Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K 303; (d) the aptitude test period on May 17, 2018, the Defendant obtained one copy of the driver’s license indicated as “the Commissioner of the Seoul Local Police Agency on November 16, 2018; and (e) November 15, 2011.”
